Kindly initiate a exchange request by emailing us at tbzmemon01@gmail.com. Use "Exchange Order" as the subject and provide your details (Name, Address, City, Pincode, Contact No.) along with the reason for exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Ensure the returned product has its original packaging intact, and all labels are present.

Please note that customized products or sale items are ineligible for exchange or refund.

For exchanges, there is an additional charge of INR 150 as the shipping charges.

Customers have the option to arrange their own pickup, bearing the associated charges. Provide the tracking ID within 3 working days after the order's delivery.

If you receive a different/damaged/defective product, no additional charges apply. We kindly request an unboxing video as proof.

The exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the returned package. The entire process may take 7-14 working days.

Please be aware that only one-time exchange is available.

In case the required size is unavailable, we will issue a CREDIT VOUCHER for any future purchase within 90 days.
